Cyberpunk 2.0, which includes many updates and new features, is scheduled for release on September 21, a few days before Phantom Liberty. The 2.0 update is like a whole new game before Phantom Liberty is even added to it, with its addition of vehicle combat, overhauled skill trees and player growth, cyberware, and police AI.

Cyberpunk 2.0 Release Time
The 2.0 update will be released “close to the end” of a celebration webcast on September 21 at 4 p.m. CEST. If the broadcast lasts an hour, then the patch will be released on Thursday at or just before 8 a.m. Pacific time.

If the stream is an hour long and the patch is indeed released at the very end, then the following times represent when Cyberpunk 2.0 will be made available for download in various time zones.
