Jalen Brunson plays basketball professionally and is an American. He is a highly well-known and prosperous basketball player in America who has accomplished several significant career milestones.

Ali Marks and Jalen Brunson deserve congratulations. On Saturday, the star point guard for the Knicks wed his longtime love at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago. Brunson donned a tailored black tuxedo from Tom Marchitelli and loafers by Christian Louboutin.
Marks was wearing custom Christian Louboutin pumps with an off-white Eva Lendel “Lika” dress. Many Knicks players were present for the wedding, which was conducted by Brunson’s buddy and former Villanova teammate Ryan Arcidacono.
The ceremony featured Donte DiVincenzo, Josh Hart, Derrick Rose, RJ Barrett, Julius Randle, and Derrick Rose.

Mikal Bridges, a star for the Nets and a former teammate of Brunson’s in college, was also present. The wedding had a guest dress code of all-black attire.
They opted for an all-black dress code and added candles, deep-hued flowers for the reception, and white flowers for the ceremony (including orchids, roses, carnations, hydrangea, and ranunculus).

Approximately ten months have passed since Brunson and Marks’ Instagram post in September 2022 announcing their engagement. Brunson, who is 26 years old, wrote in the Instagram post, “Forever.” Physical therapist Marks gushed in a different post, writing, “You are a lifetime.”

The couple first met while attending Brunson’s alma mater, Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois, where the proposal took place on the basketball court. At center court, where a heart-shaped arrangement of rose petals and candles was on display, Brunson got down on one knee.
The couple’s previous high school photo was displayed on the scoreboard as the engagement took place directly in front of a white floral arch.
Because the former Villanova student was being inducted into the Stevenson Patriots Hall of Fame, Brunson and Marks paid a visit to their high school. After spending the first four years of his career with the Mavericks, Brunson, who will turn 27 in August, agreed to a four-year, $104 million contract with the Knicks in July.
In Brunson’s first season in New York, the Knicks advanced to the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference as he set career highs for points (23.8), assists (6.2), steals (0.9), and three-point sh00ting (41.1).
Additionally, Brunson was a candidate for the Lauri Markkanen of the Utah Jazz 2022–23 Most Improved Player honor, which was given out in April. In the 2023 NBA Playoffs, the Knicks advanced to the second round before losing Game 6 of the series to the Miami Heat.
