A benefit performance for the Let It Be Foundation will take place on September 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Chino Fairgrounds (5410 Edison Ave., Chino).
According to a press release, the performance will also feature Golden West songwriters and producers Nash and Brittany and Shantaia. KFRG 95.1’s Heather Froglear will serve as the master of ceremonies, while Gold Rush Country will play the top 40.
Gates open for festival-style seating at 6:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring low chairs and blankets.
General admission tickets cost $35 and must be ordered in advance at

The Let It Be Foundation, a nonprofit organization established in 2006 by Ruthe and Michael Rosen to support and assist families of children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, will benefit from the event.
September is also recognized as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by the Let It Be Foundation.
Members of the foundation’s Youth Leadership Program team promote awareness each September through a joint campaign.
This year, “Gold Out” activities are planned in neighborhood schools, where students can support the cause by donning gold on a particular day.
