Mac Mcclung Recruiting And College
On October 6, 2017, just before his senior year of high school, McClung decided to back out of his commitment to play college football at Rutgers. It took him more than a week, but he eventually decided to enroll at Georgetown.
With Georgetown beating Little Rock 102-94 on December 22nd, 2018, McClung scored a career-high 38 points as a freshman. He led all rookie scorers in the Big East Conference with 13.4 points per game, while also pulling down 2.6 boards and dishing out two assists.
