The Student Government Association (SGA) at East Tennessee State University has announced that their Fall 2022 performance will be held in Freedom Hall Civic Center on Saturday,
October 15 at 7 p.m. Yung Gravy, Peach Tree Rascals, and Lisa Heller will be performing at the concert, which will feature a fusion of rap and pop music.
A gold-certified success, 26-year-old Yung Gravy first found his audience on SoundCloud before selling out three North American tours, two European tours, and a run in Australia and New Zealand.
After that, he embarked on another sellout world tour called “Experience the Sensation, Part 2.” As a result of the success of several of his self-released singles,
Yung Gravy’s debut studio album, “Sensational,” debuted in the top five of the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and has since amassed over 450 million streams.
Peach Tree Rascals began as a “do it yourself” attempt at making music by a group of teenagers in a shed near San Jose, California.
Most of the band members are second-generation Americans, and they claim that this shared experience has helped them form a strong bond and cohesive sound.
With 16 singles and the EP “Camp Nowhere” under their belts, Peach Tree Rascals have amassed over 300 million plays and been awarded gold for the success of their song “Mariposa,” which peaked at number one on the Alternative Radio Chart.
Lisa Heller “wears her heart on her sleeve,” attracting an audience with her honest, personal lyrics and a “lo-fi bedroom pop sound,” with the message that everyone experiences and can triumph through heartbreak, doubt, and fear.
She has millions of streams across many platforms and tens of thousands of followers across social media.
Heller has already been included on official Spotify and Apple playlists, and he has toured the country alongside the likes of Bryce Vine, Sarah and the Sundays, and Jake Miller. Visit TheActiveNews.Com for more fascinating articles and updates.
