Toth, 52, was informed about the divorce by Witherspoon, 47, who was also married to Ryan Philippe from 1999 to 2008. She described it as a “vulnerable time.”
Toth, who left his position as an agent at CAA to take over at the now-defunct Quibi and later served on the boards of Witherspoon’s businesses Draper James and Hello Sunshine, shares custody of their son Tennessee, 10, with his ex-wife.
In the meantime, Witherspoon has continued to be quite busy, not just acting in the Apple TV+ series The Morning Show but also managing her incredibly successful production company and other projects.
