With Katharina Mazepa, the woman he loves, Leny Hochstein is getting married. On Saturday, the Florida plastic surgeon and former partner of The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein announced his engagement to Mazepa, 27, in a joint Instagram post.
“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever,” Mazepa said in the caption of the picture, which also included a number of photos from the proposal.

He and the Austrian model are seen holding hands in the first picture as they stand on a clifftop, a gorgeous sunset behind them. As she put her hand on Lenny’s chest, Mazepa’s brilliant diamond engagement ring was clearly visible.
After after, a brief clip showed Lenny proposing to Mazepa while he was on one knee. The model surprised covered her mouth with her hands and nodded at the surgeon’s suggestion. She jumped into Hochstein’s arms at that point.
The moment Lenny, 57, got down on one knee to pop the question was captured in a third picture, and Mazepa proudly displayed her substantial engagement ring in the last carousel photo.
After 12 years of marriage to his estranged wife Lisa, with whom he had a son named Logan, 7, and a daughter named Elle, 3, Lenny announced his engagement to Mazepa more than a year ago. Days after the couple’s divorce in May 2022, Lenny made Mazepa’s relationship known to the public.
